We've found that most of our customer tend to stick their stickers right away, but we understand that not everyone might not.  Whether they want to buy in batches or gift a sticker for future use, this question might be something they would consider.

Our sticker are made of vinyl, able to withstand most (if not all) weather conditions and remain sticky for years.

However, like most things, stickers don't last forever.

While they don't exactly expire like food, stickers can degrade over time, causing them to lose their adhesive properties and overall quality.

So, when do stickers expire? The answer is that it depends on various factors, such as the type of sticker, how it's stored, and the conditions it's exposed to. Here are some key things to keep in mind:

This can be exacerbated by exposure to heat or humidity, as well as by the type of adhesive used. Some adhesives are designed to be more long-lasting than others, so it's important to consider the quality of the adhesive when determining a sticker's lifespan.

• Material quality: The material of a sticker can also affect its lifespan. Paper-based stickers, for example, are more prone to fading and peeling than vinyl or plastic stickers. Similarly, stickers with delicate designs or intricate cuts may not last as long as simpler designs with thicker lines.  The sticker we use for our products are vinyl, which is a strong durable material.

Since we're a sticker company, we get asked about our stickers and where they can stick and if they're dishwasher safe. 

Our short answer is an astounding, yes! 

We've only had one instance where the customer had stated that their sticker feel off in the dishwasher (should I be telling you that?) but otherwise have had 100s of reviews that it's perfectly fine!

We've even stress tested this ourselves before even releasing one sticker into the wild. 

As they say, some stickers can handle the heat and pressure, but others can't.

If your sticker is made of paper or has a delicate design, it's better not to risk it. They're more likely to peel or get ruined, so don't put them through the dishwasher. However, if your sticker is made of more durable materials like vinyl (like ours is) or plastic, then it can probably handle the heat and power of the dishwasher.  It is recommended by our manufacturer that the sticker is attached to the water bottle for at least 24 hours prior to putting it into the dishwasher.

But, before you start throwing your sticker-covered items in the dishwasher, make sure to check the label or packaging to see if it's dishwasher-safe. If there are no instructions, do a little test run with a separate load, away from other items, to see how it holds up.

In general, be sure to use a gentle, non-abrasive detergent when washing items with stickers. Harsh chemicals can damage the stickers, and we don't want that. Finally, avoid using high-temperature settings on your dishwasher, as this can also cause damage to the stickers.

Check the materials and design of your sticker, and always read the label or packaging to see if it's dishwasher-safe. Use a gentle detergent, avoid high temperatures, and have fun sticking those stickers!
